Linguine with ham, salami, Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese, tomatoes, red onion, bell peppers, and fresh basil tossed in a white wine vinaigrette.

#2 Dijon Chicken $6.50
Sauteed chicken breast with a Dijon cream sauce. Served with blended rice and sauteed carrots, squash, green beans, and asparagus.

#3 Broccolini Salad $5.95
Grilled broccolini tossed with pine nuts and currants in a balsamic vinegar glaze. Served over couscous with grilled orange slices and topped with Manchego cheese.

Sauteed chicken breast with a light Parmesan breadcrumb coating and a lemony white wine sauce. Served with lemony spaghetti.
